All projects $55.00 and
lower are to be paid in full before any work begins.

are to be paid 1/2 down 1/2 upon completion.

If I do not receive ALL
information needed to start your project within 7 days you
will be bumped down. Any money you have paid will not be
refunded.

Designs By Lovies does not
give out refunds. I put a lot of work, heart and soul into
each and every design, I am more then happy to give a
revision to better suit your needs. I am known for my great
customer service.. I aim to please. The revision offer ends
once it is ok’d or full payment is made.

Completed work is not
giving until full payment is made, no exceptions on this.

I will NOT use stolen
graphics, this includes graphics that you googled, right
click and save off other sites or any other type of image
that has a watermark on it… its copy write infringement...
not a good thing to do.

If I can prove or have
proof you are using stolen content I will not work with you
and keep the deposit made.
|
|
All text provided for your
project is your responsibility, I will put up as is, so
please go over it with a fine tooth comb.

logo must remain on the work that I have done unless:
- We agree be fore the project begins that you want to remain nameless.
- The site/Listings change more then 50%

All passwords and user
names are deleted off my computer and destroyed. I will
NEVER sell, redistribute or give away any of your
information EVER.

If you do not buy my upload
package, I will initially upload the site, any other uploads
need to be paid for hourly or a package.

All design work belongs to
me until payment is made in full. I exercise the
right to take down anything that has not been paid
for within 7 business days.

All graphics are to be left
on your site and not put anywhere else unless you pay for it
to be re-used.

|
All sites will remain in my
portfolio unless other agreements, by writing, have been
made prior to the work being done.

All templates are to be
used once and only once, they are also not to be used on any
adult websites OTHER then Niteflirt and Phoneencounters.

NiteFlirt Templates are to
be paid in full before work begins.

go. Its your responsibility to read and ask any questions
you have before my doing the design work!
